As an authoritative publication in the field of conflict management, the International Journal of Conflict Management is committed to publishing the latest research results related to negotiation and conflict management. It covers a wide and in-depth range of topics, from negotiation strategies between enterprises to collective bargaining in labor relations, to conflicts and communication within the workplace. In addition, the magazine also focuses on the development of conflict management techniques and how cultural factors affect conflict resolution.In terms of dispute resolution, the magazine not only explores traditional litigation methods, but also focuses on the application and effectiveness of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration. Meanwhile, fairness and organizational justice are also one of its focuses, aiming to reveal how to achieve fairness and balance in conflict management. It is worth mentioning that the magazine also covers conflict research at different levels, from the micro individual level to the macro national level, with detailed discussions. This makes the magazine an important platform for peace research and international conflict analysis, providing scholars with a platform for communication and sharing of insights.
