Foreign Language Annals (FLA) is the official academic journal of the Council on Foreign Language Teaching (ACTFL) in the United States. It has been continuously published since 1967 and has become an important academic platform in the field of language teaching and research. This magazine is committed to promoting the development of language teaching and learning, especially the application and research of languages other than English in education at all levels.The core readership of the Foreign Language Yearbook includes classroom teachers, researchers, and administrative staff, who collectively focus on language teaching and learning. The magazine welcomes submissions with a wide range of content, including but not limited to the proposal of emerging theoretical frameworks, empirical research reports, teaching project models based on innovative standards or proficiency, curriculum design, teaching methods, and impact assessments of evaluation practices. In addition, the magazine also focuses on interdisciplinary language related topics, striving to provide readers with a comprehensive and in-depth perspective on language teaching and research.
