The European Journal of Social Theory is an academic journal dedicated to the field of social theory, aiming to provide important academic resources and discussion platforms for students, teachers, and researchers in sociology, cultural studies, political science, philosophy, and human geography. The journal is edited by Gerard Delanty, a sociology professor at the University of Liverpool in the UK, who has extensive writing and research experience in the fields of social theory and general sociology. This journal not only explores sociological theories, but also covers a wider range of theoretical traditions in social sciences, including cultural theory and political theory, anthropological theory, social philosophy, and even social thought in its broadest sense. Through the international perspective of 35 writers from 19 countries in Europe, America, and the Asia Pacific region, important thinkers and concepts in the history of social theory were sorted out, and various theoretical ideas with national characteristics were explored.
