The Journal of Community & Applied Social Psychology advances the contribution of psychology to understanding and addressing community and social issues. The journal has a particular interest in developing psychology through working with these issues in real world settings and in advancing the capacity of community and social psychology to promote social justice and social inclusion. The journal accepts contributions that test scientific hypotheses in naturalistic settings and provide theoretical contributions to the field of community psychology and social psychology. The journal is further interested in making social psychology impactful, and aims to concretely contribute to community and social development by providing insights that can be readily translated into action.
