The Journal of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an academic journal dedicated to the field of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psychological treatment method that helps individuals cope with and solve psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, fear, and stress by changing their negative thinking patterns and behavioral habits.This magazine is dedicated to publishing original research, review articles, case studies, technical reports, and reviews on cognitive-behavioral therapy. It not only focuses on the theoretical basis and clinical practice of CBT, but also explores its applications in different cultures, ages, and groups. The magazine covers various aspects from basic research to clinical applications, including but not limited to the treatment mechanism, efficacy evaluation, indications, patient experience, and therapist training of CBT.
