The Cambridge Journal of Economics is based on the traditions of Marx, Keynes, Kalecki, Joan Robinson, and Cardo, and welcomes contributions from non orthodox economics and other social science disciplines. In this direction, the magazine provides a focus on theoretical, applied, interdisciplinary, intellectual history, and methodological work, with a particular emphasis on realistic analysis, the development of critical perspectives, the provision and use of empirical evidence, and the construction of policies. The main goal of the magazine is to provide a platform for economists to share their research findings and engage in communication and discussions with other economists.
