The Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology aims to increase understanding of people and organisations at work including: industrial, organizational, work, vocational and personnel psychology; behavioural and cognitive aspects of industrial relations; ergonomics and human factors; industrial sociology.The goal of this magazine is to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to exchange and share research findings, in order to promote the development and application of vocational psychology and organizational psychology. By publishing high-quality research, this journal aims to promote the integration of theoretical innovation, empirical research, and practical applications, providing scientific basis and guidance for solving problems in practical work.
