Human Relations is an international peer reviewed journal publishing the highest quality original research to advance our understanding of social relationships at and around work. Human Relations encourages strong empirical contributions that develop and extend theory as well as more conceptual papers that integrate, critique and expand existing theory. This journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).The journal is also committed to promoting interdisciplinary research, encouraging psychologists, sociologists, management scholars, and other researchers in related fields to explore and solve complex organizational problems together. Through this approach, it provides valuable insights and tools for understanding and improving interpersonal relationships, enhancing organizational efficiency, and improving employee well-being.
