The Archives of Endocrinology and Metabolism - AE&M – is the official journal of the Brazilian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism - SBEM, which is affiliated with the Brazilian Medical Association. Edited since 1951, the AE&M aims at publishing articles on scientific themes in the basic translational and clinical area of Endocrinology and Metabolism. The printed version AE&M is published in 6 issues/year. The full electronic issue is open access in the SciELO - Scientific Electronic Library Online e at the AE&M site: www.aem-sbem.com. From volume 59 on, the name was changed to Archives of Endocrinology and Metabolism, and it became mandatory for manuscripts to be submitted in English for the online issue. However, for the printed issue it is still optional for the articles to be sent in English or Portuguese. The journal is published six times a year, with one issue every two months.
内分泌代谢档案《内分泌与代谢档案》（AE&M）是巴西医学会下属的巴西内分泌与代谢学会（SBEM）的官方期刊，自1951年开始编辑，旨在发表内分泌与代谢基础翻译和临床领域的科学主题文章。印刷版AE&M每年出版6期。完整的电子版可在SciELO -AE&M网站的科学电子图书馆在线版中公开获取：www.aem-sbem.com。从第59卷开始，该杂志更名为《内分泌学和代谢档案》，并强制要求以英语提交在线期刊的手稿。然而，对于印刷版，文章仍然可以选择以英语或葡萄牙语发送。该杂志每年出版六期，每两个月出版一期。
