The primary goal of Experimental Eye Research is to publish original research papers on all aspects of experimental biology of the eye and ocular tissues that seek to define the mechanisms of normal function and/or disease. Studies of ocular tissues that encompass the disciplines of cell biology, developmental biology, genetics, molecular biology, physiology, biochemistry, biophysics, immunology or microbiology are most welcomed. Manuscripts that are purely clinical or in a surgical area of ophthalmology are not appropriate for submission to Experimental Eye Research and if received will be returned without review.
实验性眼研究的主要目标是发表关于眼和眼组织实验生物学各个方面的原创研究论文,以寻求确定正常功能和/或疾病的机制。最受欢迎的是包含细胞生物学、发育生物学、遗传学、分子生物学、生理学、生物化学、生物物理学、免疫学或微生物学学科的眼组织研究。纯临床或眼科手术领域的手稿不适合提交给Experimental Eye Research,如果收到,将在未经审查的情况下退回。
