Archives of Civil and Mechanical Engineering (ACME) publishes both theoretical and experimental original research articles which explore or exploit new ideas and techniques in three main areas: structural engineering, mechanics of materials and materials science.The aim of the journal is to advance science related to structural engineering focusing on structures, machines and mechanical systems. The journal also promotes advancement in the area of mechanics of materials, by publishing most recent findings in elasticity, plasticity, rheology, fatigue and fracture mechanics.The third area the journal is concentrating on is materials science, with emphasis on metals, composites, etc., their structures and properties as well as methods of evaluation.In addition to research papers, the Editorial Board welcomes state-of-the-art reviews on specialized topics. All such articles have to be sent to the Editor-in-Chief before submission for pre-submission review process. Only articles approved by the Editor-in-Chief in pre-submission process can be submitted to the journal for further processing. Approval in pre-submission stage doesn't guarantee acceptance for publication as all papers are subject to a regular referee procedure.
《土木与机械工程档案》 (ACME )出版理论和实验原创研究文章,探索或开发三个主要领域的新思想和新技术:结构工程、材料力学和材料科学。 2该杂志的宗旨是促进与结构工程有关的科学,重点是结构、机械和机械系统。该杂志还通过发表弹性、塑性、流变学、疲劳和断裂力学的最新发现促进材料力学领域的进步。该杂志的第三个重点领域是材料科学,重点是金属、复合材料等。除研究论文外,编辑委员会还欢迎对专门主题的最新评论。所有此类文章必须在提交前提交给主编进行审查。只有在预投稿过程中得到主编批准的文章才能提交给期刊进行进一步处理。在提交前阶段的批准并不保证出版物的接受,因为所有的论文都要经过常规的评审程序。
