Organizational Research (OS) is a highly ranked and globally respected interdisciplinary journal aimed at enhancing our understanding of organizations, organizations, and organizations within and between societies. It is widely rooted in social sciences, promoting an understanding of organizations, organizations, and organized phenomena that shape the societies they belong to and are shaped by them, with the goal of promoting an understanding of organizational processes. As an authoritative, interdisciplinary, and international platform, it provides an important publishing place for the latest research results and theoretical debates in organizational research, allowing scholars to discuss, debate, and criticize the theoretical, methodological, and substantive issues of organizational research.
