Since its inception, the Journal of Policy Modeling has been focusing on the development of policy simulation as an emerging discipline, promoting theoretical innovation and practical application of policy modeling through the publication of original papers, review articles, and case studies. The magazine is published in a bimonthly format, with six issues released annually to ensure timely dissemination of research findings to the academic community and policy makers.In the field of policy simulation, the Journal of Policy Modeling holds an important position. Policy simulation, as a discipline that uses mathematical and computer methods to model and simulate actual policy problems, aims to improve the scientific and effective nature of policy decision-making. By simulating the consequences of different policy options, policymakers can gain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the potential impacts of policies, and thus develop more reasonable and feasible policies.
