The mission of Academy of Management Learning&Education is to contribute to management learning and education through publishing theories, empirical research, commentary, criticism, and resources related to the management teaching process and the resulting learning. In addition, the magazine also publishes works that address important issues in the institutional environment and management of business schools and their stakeholders. The magazine focuses on studying management learning and education in various environments - schools and universities, as well as businesses, public and non-profit organizations. As an academic journal dedicated to management learning and education, it aims to promote innovation and practice in the field of management education, providing a platform for communication and sharing among management scholars and educators worldwide.
