Urban Studies is an international peer-reviewed journal for urban scholarship. We welcome all original submissions that further our understanding of the urban condition and the rapid changes taking place in cities and regions across the globe. Contributions are welcome from across the full range of social science disciplines and are expected to advance empirical and theoretical knowledge of the urban from both positive and normative perspectives.This magazine aims to promote understanding and solutions to urban issues, providing a platform for scholars, policy makers, and practitioners to exchange and share research results. It offers high-quality, interdisciplinary original research on urban policies, theories, research, and planning.
