期刊介绍

The International Journal of Law in Context is an important platform in the field of legal studies that encourages interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration to promote a deeper understanding of law and its role in society. The openness of the journal is reflected in the fact that it is not limited to any particular theoretical framework, ideology or methodology, but welcomes scholars from different academic backgrounds to submit their research results. With a special emphasis on critical research, the journal encourages scholars to challenge existing legal theory and practice and propose new perspectives and solutions. This kind of critical thinking helps to promote the development of the legal discipline, but also provides innovative ideas for legal practice. The journal also focuses on the intersection of law and other disciplines, such as science, literature, humanities, philosophy, etc. This interdisciplinary integration helps to examine legal issues from multiple angles and enrich the connotation of legal research.
