The Journal of Cognitive and Behavioral Practice is an academic journal dedicated to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and its application in mental health practice. This magazine provides a platform for psychologists, psychotherapists, counselors, social workers, as well as scholars and professionals interested in cognitive-behavioral therapy to share knowledge, experience, and research findings.The background of the magazine is based on the fact that cognitive-behavioral therapy is a validated and effective psychological treatment method. CBT focuses on changing individuals' negative thinking patterns and behaviors to improve their emotional state and quality of life.
